Last October, Grup Boix took part in a Team Building session to unite and develop the company’s middle management and management. The training, given by the guidance and systemic coach Marta Badia and with the support of Acción Preventiva, reinforced new leadership dynamics, organisational and personal values.

Through cohesion activities, individual debriefings and communication strategies, the middle commanders and the management team were able to develop new organisational and leadership skills. “Reinforcing teamwork and learning new skills to manage them is the key to the smooth running of the organisation,” says Mar Jiménez, Human Resources Manager at Grup Boix.
