Grup Boix continues collaborating with Fundación Impulsa to provide support to young people. We have the conviction to create training opportunities and open doors to the world of work because the motivation of young people continues to be a potential driving force for society, says Mar Jiménez, head of human resources.
With this programme, 10 young people from Fundació Impulsa visited the Grup Boix factory to learn about the job opportunities offered by the company’s activities. Guided by PRL technician from Grup Boix, the youths were able to learn about the administration department, the organization of the forestry department, the electrical and mechanical maintenance section, the transport division, and also the functioning of the entire production section.
