Serradora Boix, S.L. has been awarded funding under the 2023 high-impact business investment grant scheme promoted by ACCIÓ (Agency for Business Competitiveness).
These grants are part of the project for the creation and development of our new CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) industry in the Berguedà region, aimed at enhancing the value of local natural capital and strengthening a sustainable, locally rooted industrial model.
On the one hand, a grant of €78,000 has been awarded to support job creation linked to the new CLT industry, out of a total budget of €260,000.
On the other hand, the project has also been supported with a grant of €500,000 under the fixed assets investment line, within a total investment of €26,779,495 allocated to the commissioning of the new plant.
These grants contribute to regional industrial development and job creation, in line with a model based on sustainable forest management and local transformation.
