Grup Boix Equality Programme<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n

According to the definition of the principle established by Organic Law 3\/2007, of 22 March, for effective equality between women and men, modified by Royal Decree 6\/2019, of 1 March, on urgent measures to guarantee equal treatment and opportunities between men and women at work, Grup Boix has drawn up this equality plan to guarantee equal treatment between the company’s employees.<\/p>\n

Grup Boix provides an ethical channel aimed at employees, customers, suppliers and other persons linked to the company, to declare indications or reasonable suspicions of non-compliance with the specific regulations of Law 2\/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption.<\/p>\n
